Weekend Note

I am now heading out of the house for the weekend. I will be going to a birthday party tonight, followed by a barbecue. Then I will go to Dagma's house (My Portuguese teacher and third host mom) where I will spend the night, wake up in the morning, and go to the Formula 1 race in the morning. I won't get back home until late Sunday night. Have a good weekend everyone! Don't forget to comment! I'll read them all when I get back. Tchau for now.

    Your dad finally sent us the link to the blog (thanks, Mike!), so now we're following you. I can't wait to hear about the formula 1 race, that must have been amazing. And enjoy that queso fresco - I have several recipes that call for it but I can't find it in AK. Apparently we don't have enough sweet cows in our back yards.

    Mark just read a book about people in Brazil eating tarantula legs, and tarantulas. He suggests you skip on that particular meal. :)

    hey forrest. how are you doing? sounds as if everything is super exciting. i know i've reminded you about my teddy bear, so thanks for looking for one for me(: the rain is intense, and as you know its becoming colder here everyday, but we've had a lot of sunshine still. ill tell you when it snows. make a silent prediction and ill tell you when it sticks for real. even if i don't comment always, i go on to your blog almost everyday. lol i'm so intrigued. i'm excited to read about every your new adventures, and i miss and pray for you always.
